Danna-Rae
Evasiuk

COMPOSER / SOUND DESIGNER

Evasiuk is a Canadian audio artist based in Tiohtià:ke / Montréal, Québec. Drawn to radical, visceral, and whimsical stories, she blends analog and digital technology to mesh vivid clarity with raw authenticity.

A graduate of Red Deer College’s Theatre Production and Design program, she co-founded Theatre; Just Because, worked as an Artist / Educator with the Royal Conservatory of Music, and was a playwright in Teesri Duniya Theatre's Fireworks development program.

She is a member of Dizzy Bones - a collective of artists creating punk rock, surreal, poetic theatre that plunges into absurdity. Their work is made for a world that no longer makes sense and they’ve stopped pretending it does.
